Terms of service

1.0 Registration

• 1.1 Each user of ProfiAdvert.com can have only one account. In case of having more accounts, user accounts will be deleted without a claim for provision.
• 1.2 Each registered user of ProfiAdvert.com hereby accepts the "Terms of service".
• 1.3 Each user of the ProfiAdvert.com system must enter the valid email address for registration. In case the email is not valid the user will be deleted.
• 1.4 It isn’t allowed to use proxy services etc. for registration. Such accounts will be deleted.
• 1.5 User hereby agree to receive news on his e-mail box.

2.0 Placement Of Advertising

• 2.1 It isn’t allowed to place an advertisement on sites with illegal content, sites promoting Nazism, racism and other socially unacceptable sites.
• 2.1.2 It isn’t allowed to place our advertisements on sites with no content (in case you display our ad on the other site using iframe, please state the website address where the original advertisemenent is being shown, below ad banner using a small font).
• 2.2 It isn’t allowed to change code of our banners.
• 2.3 It isn’t allowed to hide our banners into 1x1-sized iframe tags etc.
• 2.4 It isn’t allowed to place our ads to PTP systems. CPM systems are allowed but the promotion efficiency must be satisfactory.
• 2.5 It isn’t allowed to promote our ads in autosurfs and manual surfs
• 2.6 It isn’t allowed to set up an automatic refresh on the site we have our banners placed.
• 2.7 It isn’t allowed to place our ads on sites with lots of pop-up windows or where the windows redirect to other sites.
• 2.8 It is forbidden to place our ads on sites containing viruses, malware, spyware and other badware.

3.0 Efficiency Of Ads

• 3.1 Users are obligatory to check up the efficiency of their promotion.
• 3.2 We reserve the right to disable user accounts if advertising efficiency (e.g. click through rate - CTR) is too low. The user loses right to payment as well.
• 3.3 The optimum CTR rate is about 0.1%, and the optimum conversion rate is 0,5% (1 CPA/CPL/CPS - Conversion Per 200 Clicks) .

4.0 Payments

• 4.1 ProfiAdvert pays out after NET30 period (30 days after the end of billing month).
• 4.2 We reserve the right to hold up payments for up to 60 days.

5.0 Final Provisions

• 5.1 In of suspicion of breaking the rules we hold the right to delete your account.
• 5.2 With the system sign-up and registration form confirmation the user is obliged to adhere to AdsMedia.cc terms and conditions. In case of violation of these terms and conditions we reserve the right to cancel the account with user losing claim for provision.
• 5.3 For a receiving payments from AdsMedia.cc user must have "Premium Account".
• 5.4 Activation fee for premium account is $2.00, and weekly fee for this upgrade of account is $52.00 USD, and this fee will be charged from your credit/debit card max. 4 times. Premium account is not possible cancel, because will be cancelled automatically after 4 weeks.
